I'm proud to announce right away my most enigmatic project: I'm drawing the graphic novel adaptation of GEORGE ORWELL's 1984, with my writer Sybille Titeux de la Croix published for 2021.
> Travailler sur un tel classique est très excitant et en même temps assez flippant. Le livre d'Orwell est considéré comme l'ouvrage de SF le plus connu et il a largement survécu à la hype autour de lui. En ces temps assez sombres pour la liberté d'expression et la démocratie, les concepts de NOVLANGUE, CRIME DE LA PENSÉE, censure des médias et culte de la personnalité des leaders sont... si omniprésents dans notre quotidien, que l'on a hâte de remettre 1984 au rayon FICTION des librairies.
Working on such classic was very exciting and daring. It's considered as the most famous Sci Fi novel ever wrote and it survive the hype with no problem. In those dark time, the concept of NEWSPEAK, THOUGHT POLICE, heavy censorship and cult of personnality for the leaders are so... our present that we can't wait to put back this book in the FICTION section of the librairy.

Some are in Black & White but the final book will be in Color.
